After being referred to “Yonge Eglinton Periodontics - Dr. Andrew Kay” approximately 5 years ago with the need for an implant assessment, I continue to be a client with the clinic. The Staff have provided excellent care for my gum disease as well as teeth requiring implants. Their ability to assess the needs for my own dental care at home, has lead to a 100% improvement in my own periodontal status. The clinic has also been able to handle emergent care needs within 24 hours. Dr. Kay provides a personal call approx. 24-48 hours after dental surgery to ensure the health status of the client. That call has enabled a quick assessment/status (bleeding, swelling, pain). Thank you to Dr.Andrew Kay and staff for their impeccable care and client focus!

Very clean and professional care. Straight forward information from the Dr.Kay with no fluff. After the procedure, Dr Kay personally called to follow up and address any concerns but there were none. Efficient,punctual and professional.

Doesn't really matter how nervous and apprehensive you are about getting extractions and implants, Dr. Kay lives up to his reputation. Caring, efficient, excellent technique with the least amount of discomfort, I would highly recommend him and his team.

I had gum graft surgery around 10 of my teeth done by Dr.Kay in January 2019. I have cross bites and grind my teeth which attributed to receding gum. Dr. Kay and his assistant Carmen really calmed my nerves during the operation by playing great background music and periodically checking if I were ok throughout the process. Most importantly, he also follow up with a personal call the day after! I had minimal pain and didn't even have to take any T3. Just some advil for a few days and the rest of the recovery process was really smooth also. Special shout out to Elvira the receptionist who also shared her personal dental journey with me so I don't feel so alone in this situation. Thank you Dr. Kay and the team!

Dr Kay is a Great Man all around ... Very caring and kind .. gentle and knows exactly what he is doing ... I was in the process of getting a dental implant. I wondered to YouTube and other feeds to investigate what is done in the process. It was not as I saw. My heart was nearly pounding out of my chest coming up the elevator into his office thinking it was going to be like on You Tube ... but it was one of the best procedures I have had . Do not go wondering and looking when the surgery was very quick and gentle and nothing like I saw. Thanks Dr Kay

My experience with Dr. Kay and his office has been amazing! First of all, he was able to do a successful gum graft using the latest surgical techniques. There wasn't too much pain, and the grafts look great! I really trust Dr. Kay's advice and he was so knowledgeable about everything. He and his office staff are very kind and friendly, which I appreciate. I already have two family members I'm recommending him to!

After searching around the GTA for a periodontist, I reached out to Dr Kay. After my consultation, I knew this is where I wanted to get my work done. I was very impressed with his demeanour and desire to ensure I fully understood and was comfortable with the procedure. He put me at ease and was extremely efficient, all while being gentle and making sure I was ok the whole way through. I would highly recommend Dr Kay, he was worth the two hour commute!
