This was my second procedure with Dr Kay and once again from start to finish Dr Kay and his staff ensured that I was informed, comfortable and taken care of....an exceptional client centred service. Thank you!!

Dr. Kay and his staff are very personable: friendly and professional. Yonge and Eglinton is a convenient location for arriving by transit or by vehicle (car park off of Orchard ViewBlvd--from either Yonge or Duplex.) Dr Kay contacted me personally before and after surgery and responded to my e-mails in a timely and concerned manner. Thank you Dr Kay--still no pain after 26 hours post-op. Dr. Karl Vermeulen did a great job of adjusting the temporary tooth. I look as good as new with it, and it seems very comfortable for the several months wait for the implant procedure.

I highly recommend Dr. Andrew Kay to anyone requiring periodontic work. I breezed through my implant surgery with no difficulties. He provides good follow-up care after surgery. He has a great friendly professional team as well. Also, Dr. Kay plays fabulous music in his office!! Not your normal depressing dental office music.

Without any exaggeration, IF you want to be treated by one of the best, Dr. Andrew Kay is the right Doctor. Extremely reflexive, displaying a sound judgement, he determined what was necessary and about the execution, you must be sure that you are in the most professional hands. My words are not really able to fully describe my feelings. I just want to add some comments to my previous review. Now, since I finished everything what I intended to do with Dr Andrew Kay, I feel even more comfortable to say few words about the INCREDIBLE SERVICES that this Dr is able to provide. To be very clear: I am not one of his friends, I am not part of his family, I am not owing him anything else except GRATITUDE and RESPECT for two things: 1. First of all for HIS PROFESSIONALISM, and 2. For Dr Andrew Kay ETHICS OF WORK. I specified earlier that Dr.Kay is a REFLEXIVE TYPE of person, and I realized after the surgery he performed how INCREDIBLY PROFESSIONAL this Dr could be: I will not enter in any details, but be SURE that you are in the BEST POSSIBLE hands: in my opinion, Dr. Andrew Kay really deserves TOTAL and UNCONDITIONAL RESPECT for how this Dr does everything. I mentioned as well his WORK ETHICS: you must be aware that a surgery performed at a very high risk patient and of who's result is considered after to be OUTSTANDING GOOD! cannot be cheap. At the same time, I have the proof that Dr. Andrew Kay does not charge maybe nor half of what other surgeons are charging and when we are discussing about what he promises, be sure that his words are TOTALLY RESPECTED. One more aspect: regarding the materials that he used in my case, Dr. Andrew Kay did NOT ADD any profit! In fact he saved me a couple of hundred dollars compared with what other people are charging. Last but not least: after almost 8 months after the surgery, I want to clearly state that I FEEL MUCH MUCH BETTER and what Dr. Andrew Kay did for me is PRICELESS. I am strongly recommending him for any implant surgery. You will go to the BEST! After a couple of months I went back to this clinic. ABSOLUTELY THE SAME PERCEPTION. Dr. Kay is for sure a SYMBOL FOR PROFESSIONALISM from each and every point of view. Despite the difficult conditions in which he runs the clinic, he is extremely PUNCTUAL, and VERY DEDICATED to his patients, REFLEXIVE and in one word EXTREMLY PROFESSIONAL!

I had a gum graft done. It was very quick and painless . Throughout the entire procedure Dr. Kay kept checking on me to make sure I was comfortable and had no problems.
