I was transferred to this office in late 2019 after my periodontist of 18 years had retired; I've had 3 treatments in Dr Kay's office since the transfer, and I am very happy with them so far. Excellent service: attentive, provide detailed explanations and good, practical advice, take extra time if needed, accommodating with scheduling. Highly competent and very pleasant people.

Doctor Kay and his staff members are very professional. I have been their patient for more than 7 years, for both dental hygiene clean and periodontal surgeries. Whole operation process was fully explained before surgery and the post operative instructions were given clearly as well. Seriously, there was no pain during and after operation. The wound healed nicely and properly. This is the best customer experience ever ! Doctor Kay would also give you a call and check on your progress after operation. I highly recommend Dr. Kay if you need a GREAT periodontist

I was referred (by my Dentist) to Dr. Andrew Kay's office. I did interview 3 other Periodontists before committing, and so happy I did. The entire team was very friendly, and caring. Dr. Kay took the time to explain everything thoroughly. On the day of surgery, I was anxious, but Carmen alleviated my concern. Dr. Kay was very gentle, I was done in less than 30 mins. He even took some other bone to save me money. I was very happy with Dr. Kay and their whole team. Thank you.

Just completed the implant and it was like going to a spa. No pain, no complications, good playlist (he takes request!). Underground parking was very convenient. COVID precautions were simple to follow. Dr. Kay is an excellent periodontist. He explains everything clearly and provides great after-care. I highly recommend him and his staff.

I have seen Dr. Kay since 2016. I had a great dental cleaning experience today from beginning to end. And I am very thankful that Dr. Kay is militant in practices to keep both his staff and patients safer in Covid environment. My experience was well managed and I felt very safe. Thank you Dr. Kay!

The visit starts with a genuinely warm reception by the receptionist Elvira - seriously, check out her smile. This sets up the rest of a quality exhorting experience, every time. Dr. Andrew Kay and his team make dental visits not only painless but as close to pleasurable as a dentist's visit can be. Dr. Kay was very cool and patient, explained everything I needed to know about my procedure thoroughly and played Jazz while performing my oral surgery, all of which helped to alleviate my anxiety about the procedure (there was a lot). Thanks Dr. Kay!

I have been treated by some truly outstanding medical professionals, but the Dr Kay's explanation of what treatment he proposed and why was the best I have ever received. A model of clarity. (I'd guess it was informed by some sort of psychological research too, because he made a point of writing down each item in front of me as he explained it.) My treatment was also successful, and there was much less pain afterward than I had expected. Although I am not a periodontist, I have some reason to believe that it presented some technical challenges; if so, they were overcome. All the support staff were also excellent. I have nothing critical to say about this establishment and recommend it without reservation.

Top rate experience at Yonge Eglinton Periodontics. Highly recommended!!! Great care and service given by Dr. Andrew Kay and his team. Most professional with friendly bed-side attitude. He cares about his patients and ensures the periodontal experience is smooth and painless. Good explanations of all procedures as well as how to nurse oneself after periodontal surgery. He personally called me several days after my surgery to check up on me, which was most appreciated. He is also available anytime to answer any questions, even if I called late on a Friday night. There's a follow-up appointment to check surgical healing after 2 weeks, then another after a month, just to ensure all is well. This guy runs a professional practice. Highly recommended.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Kay yesterday and I was very happy with my experience. The office is spacious and very clean, the front desk staff and the room assistants are personable, and Dr. Kay was thorough in his exam. He was very friendly and took the time to explain my x-rays to me. It is evident he cares about his patients and their health.

Great experience one week after office opened. All staff were obviously well trained and were very comfortable and felt secure in the workplace. ( I asked) This is a very close one hour exposure and staff took multiple precautions and changed protocol to protect staff and clients alike. They also had alot of PPE! I will not hesitate to return in 4 months. I was not surprised as this is an excellently run office in normal times.
