Going to the dentist gives me the heebie jeebies but Dr Kay, Jay and the ladies at reception are warm, welcoming and professional. The clinic is easy to get to by subway and it's clean, bright and airy. These guys are amazing 💪🏼

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kay's office. The staff is wonderful and extremely helpful and Dr. Kay himself is great at what he does. All the procedures I had done with him went as smoothly as possible and never resulted in a single complication. And if you ever need a dental hygenist, Reeshma is the best!!!

I had been referred to so many specialists when I finally landed to Yonge/Eglington after a randomn google search. I was on a very tight schedule with a very complicated dental case requiring bone grafting on half of my lower teeth. I must say I was blown away on the professionalism that the entire team showed. Dr. Faryn Berger was very thorough - she delivered the scope, the cost estimate, timeline and potential risks from day 1. These were critical for me because I needed to plan this project to fit in with my busy work schedule. She was attentive throughout and responsive (even when I sent her an email on Friday evening ). The scheduling team were equally impressive as I had a specific time that I needed to come ( yes I was a bit demanding 🤓) and They made sure it happened. What I most appreciated was the fact that they send me an email directly to my calendar instead of calling me. Their entire process is something that other dental offices should replicate ! I’m a dentist and YES even dentists need dentistry! Dr Kay did an amazing job in placing a tricky implant in my mouth on Monday morning. He is a very caring, calm, careful, confident and highly organized and prepared! The whole team, facility, and office protocols are really centred ( and hit the mark!) on creating an excellent patient/customer experience! Dr. Berger did my flap and bone graft surgery and also explained everything throughout the procedure. I was very comfortable and am very happy with Dr. Berger and her assistant. The clinic is very efficient and responsive, no hidden charges and everything is given upfront. I’m very glad I was able to find them.

Dr. Kay is a knowledgeable and caring Periodontist. If you have gum issues, I highly recommend seeing him. The staff is attentive and caring. The clinic is well equipped and new. Anna is my Hygienist. She's excellent, extra sweet, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. Her ability to diagnose issues is outstanding and she is thorough with cleaning the teeth. I feel fortunate to be their patient.
