Dr. Patel is an amazing periodontist. I must admit that before meeting her, I had deep reservations and wasn’t sure about her expertise. But four months later, her exceptional clinical expertise and precise judgment in dealing with my complex case have made me realize how fortunate I am to have her treating me. My condition was complex, severe, and sudden: alveolar bone dehiscence, severe gum recession exposing the root, and a tooth that showed no response to pulp testing. Based on my individual circumstances, Dr. Patel made an astute assessment and developed a tailored treatment plan. Four months later, my condition has been improving well, in line with her original assessment. Dr. Patel is a rare and exceptional periodontist. I am deeply grateful to her for accurately assessing my situation, stabilizing things during one of the most critical moments, and guiding a very difficult situation back in the right direction.

Trust the good reviews!! I was a little skeptical about the 5.0 score because I've never seen a score this high. But they are really that good and totally worthy of it. Had a gum graft surgery with Dr. Nisha Patel. The quote was substantially lower than another clinic with no caveat. There **might** be minor differences in the procedures, for example Dr. Patel sultured the donor site instead of some other fancier stuff, but I'm 100% satisfied with the outcome. The graft was a success and I healed well, which was all that mattered. The doctors would give us their cell numbers post op. I had to text Dr. Patel for a minor concern and got a timely reply. Front desk staff are also very professional and friendly. They are experienced with nuances between different insurance companies and helped me a lot with the insurance paperwork.

I'm currently undergoing some fairly substantial dental work/reversions/veneer corrections and crowns, and - as part of that programme - I'm having implants by Dr Kay. I had the first of them today, at lunchtime, having battled through a snow storm to get there on time. Dr Kay was super friendly, his team competent and the procedure was painless. These guys are no fuss, no stress, professional and friendly. I'm super impressed: having been a little concerned it might have been difficult to endure, it wasn't... not even remotely. Dr. Kay and his team are phenomenal! I reached out in May for a consultation, and he was super thorough and did an amazing job explaining the work that needed to be done. I've had mostly negative experiences with any sort of dental work since my childhood, but Dr. Kay is extremely precise, transparent, compassionate, and patient. Going into my gum graft surgery, I was pretty anxious and nervous, but Dr. Kay made sure I felt comfortable and even reiterated what he was going to do step-by-step. I'm now recovering from the procedure (the post-op instructions were super clear), and he even called me at the end of the day just to check on how I'm doing. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking periodontic care!
